Kulusuk
Kulusuk is located in eastern Greenland on the Atlantic coast. It is a member of the Kingdom of Denmark, who granted Greenland a home rule, a special relationship. It is the world's largest island and least populated country in the world. Since November 2008 it is not even in the European Economic Community, to avoid the Europeans fish in the Greenlandic waters. The population in Kulusuk is about 300 inhabitans, the Inuits and Danish. The hotel Kulusuk was built in 1999 and serves as the only base for adventurous tourists. There is high unemployment due to the dependence, except fishing and hunting, on tourism.
Tasiilaq
Tasiilaq lies on the eastern coast like Kulusuk, but the population is more higher, around 1800 inhabitans. It is also called as Ammassalik and was founded in 1894. There is only the helicopter service, connecting the Kulusuk international airport.
